星期五Happy Friday! 與朋友兩星期前已相約去中環吃泰國菜。下午收到朋友whatsapp以下的食材相片，我們決定轉到尖沙咀東的Spasso，品嚐Today's Special，大廚以當天從世界各地空運到港的新鮮食材，設計特別菜單，只限當天。

意大利南部的Picadilly tomatoes。

澳洲原條Amberjack。意大利鮮蛤蜊。

 法國Bretagne的Special de Cancale n4 生蠔。

 Amberjack Carpaccio with Picadilly Tomatoes。

 Lobster risotto with spices。

Grilled Amberjack fillet with Picadilly Tomatoes。

 Dessert Platter: Tiramisú with red berries, Liquid Centered Chocolate Flan。
